From the unique venue to the delicious food prepared on-site and a fun train ride, this wedding was definitely one-of-a-kind. I hope you have as much fun viewing the images as I did capturing them!

All the guests were treated to a train ride around the area after the ceremony!

The food was amazing! All of it was prepared at the museum while the guests were out on the train.There was no shortage of activities to keep the guests entertained! Thank you Nicole for being an awesome assistant! :)

It was for my friend Lorraine down at the Montage hotel at Laguna Beach. The plan was to have a seemingly ordinary photoshoot for Lorraine and her now-fiance Richard; and Richard would pop the question in the middle of a shot. Even for just an hour or two of planning the day before, everything went pretty smoothly.

Congratulations to the happy couple, and thank you Richard for letting me be a part of this special occasion :)

Claire and all but one of the bridesmaids are friends of mine from Davis. You may recognize them from my Dominoes photoshoot from a while back. This was the first time all of them have been reunited since graduating two years ago, so there was a lot of partying and good times to catch up on!

Congratulations once again to Claire and Brian! I had a lot of fun and really enjoyed helping you two capture your special day :)

The crazybooth setup! I’ve added an iPad to my arsenal to use as an additional display for guests to view the pictures. I’ll be posting more information about this setup soon for those who are curious.

It is such beautiful place for a hike along the beach, and it also happens to be the place Phil proposed to Karin! We spent some time around the park before hiking down to the beach for some more pictures and a sunset picnic! I had a great time getting to know them; they are such a fun and laid-back couple :)

The upcoming wedding will be at the Sacramento Railroad Museum, which should be a blast. Congratulations on the engagement, Phil and Karin, and I can’t wait to help capture your big day!

You will see some familiar faces – once again – in the photobooth section!

This was my largest wedding yet – seven bridesmaids and seven groomsmen! The festivities included a mariachi band, endless taco bar, jump house, generous amounts of tequila, and an awesomely fun couple.

Speaking of the photobooth, it was a hit as always! I actually felt bad for the DJ, because the guests spent more time at the photobooth than on the dance floor.

The light flowing in through the church windows was gorgeous. I wish I had been able to spend a bit more time in there, but we were in a hurry.

A friend of mine, Jennifer, needed some headshots for her upcoming modeling work, so we headed over to the beautiful Montage hotel at Laguna Beach for some pics. Even though they’re just headshots, I’m quite pleased with how they turned out.

I also shot some promo material for local heavy metal band Sorizon. Check them out! We hiked to an abandoned shack somewhere in San Juan Capistrano. The place was super sketch yet mysteriously cool. It made for a nice backdrop for the photos.

The Crazybooth was a hit once again. I made my own message board prop from a chalk board and picture frame that I found at a local thrift store. The next item that I desperately need to get is a real backdrop. Sorry about the messy photobooth background!
